What do I get at the end of the pilot?
A working prototype released in a production-ready environment, the trained models, technical documentation, team training and a scale-up plan with costs and timing.
Do I own the pilot code?
Yes. Code, models and documentation developed in the pilot remain the property of the company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What happens if the pilot misses its goals?
We say so clearly in the final report: a pilot also serves to understand when it is not worth proceeding. If you do decide to scale, the pilot cost is deducted from the full programme.
How much of my time is needed?
